Time how long it takes from start to finish…

10 Step-ups (each leg)
10 Push-ups
9 Step-ups (each leg)
9 Push-ups
8 Step-ups (each leg)
8 Push-ups
…and so on until you get down to one rep of each!
Do not allow your form to waiver in order to get a better time. Challenge yourself. Do not change your modification in the middle of the workout, unless it is too easy. Start what you finished, even if you can’t do your last two reps unbroken (in a row);-)
