6 Rounds for time (with partner*):
25m over-head walking lunges
25m weighted run
As your partner is doing the walking lunges, do as many Burpees as you can. Keep a running total. (Both partners do 6 rounds of each exercise.)
*if you don’t have a partner, time yourself while you do your lunges and the amount of time it takes you to complete the lunges is the amount of time you do the burpees.
Post time and reps (number of burpees).
