Motivation
We are having a great time on our Family Trip.  Sarah and I went Snow Boarding on Wednesday.  We haven’t done this since our college years.  We were lucky enough that the local resort has gotten 32 inches of snow in the last 72 hours.  Made for an awesome day on the slopes.  I do miss the gym.  I hope everyone has a great Friday and a wonderful weekend.

Workout Strategy
This is the team workout that we will be doing at CrossFit Forest on April 12.  We will use the various classes to figure out the best strategy.

Strength of the Day Day 1, 2, or 3
Level 1:   

25 minutes

Each Class will accumulate as many points as possible:

400 meter run = 40 points

400 meter row = 1 point per 10 meters

3 Ring Rows = 1 point

1 Pul Up = 1 point

Kettlebell Swings = Various Kettlebell weights 1 point per 100# swung

 

Level 2:   25 minutes

 

Each Class will accumulate as many points as possible:

400 meter run = 40 points

400 meter row = 1 point per 10 meters

3 Ring Rows = 1 point

1 Pul Up = 1 point

Kettlebell Swings = Various Kettlebell weights 1 point per 100#swung

 

 

Level 3: 25 minutes
