Motivation
I’m looking forward to taking the kids camping this weekend.  Last time I took the kids camping it was just the boys.  This time the two older girls will be coming as well.  We are headed to Crystal Cove State Park which is located between Newport Beach and Laguna Beach .  We will not be camping at the drive up spots near the beach.  The camping spots are about a 3 mile hike inland with about a thousand foot elevation.  The great thing about this park is that it is just 30 minutes away and you don’t need a reservation even for weekend night.  Take the time to be with those you care most about.  I will report on our hiking/camping experience next week.  Have a wonderful weekend.

Know your abilities.  The rows should be a sprint, however, you need to be able to recover for the burpees and vice versa.  So you will need to find a pace that is fast and consistent.  Do your best.  Workouts like today are generally very uncomfortable.
