Level 1:

  • 6 rounds
    • 10 KB Swings
    • 5 Burpee Broad Jumps
Level 2:

  • 8 rounds
    • 10 KB Swings
    • 5 Burpee Broad Jumps
Level 3: 

  • 10 rounds
    • 10 KB Swings, 1.5 pood
    • 5 Burpee Broad Jumps (5 feet minimum)
Level 4: 

  • 10 rounds
    • 10 KB Swings, 2 pood (female Rx 1.5 pood)
    • 5 Burpee Broad Jumps (6 feet minimum)
