*Goal is to get 20 KB Swings every round. Score is total reps.  

Level 2:

5 Rounds:

1 minute KB Swings, 1 pood
1 minute rest

*Goal is to get AT LEAST 20 KB Swings every round.  Score is total reps.  

Level 3: 

5 Rounds:

1 minute KB Swings, 44 pounds
1 minute rest

*Goal is to get AT LEAST 25 KB Swings every round.  Score is total reps.

Level 4:

5 Rounds:

1 minute KB Swings, 1.5 pood (female rx 1 pood)
1 minute rest

*Goal is to get 30 KB Swings every round.  You will owe a 250m row for every round that you do not complete 30 swings.
