Motivation

Stay positive.  Wake up ready to conquer the day.  Punch that negative voice in your head right in the face and tell it not to come back.  The weather has been great.  Our workouts have been awesome.  Make it a great day.  Fake it till you make it (if you have to).  I hope to see all of you in the gym at 8:00 AM on Saturday for our goal setting seminar.  It is gonna get you motivated to accomplish all your goals.  Come feed the fire.  Be awesome.
