Motivation

Next Saturday, July 18th there is a Charity Competition at the Special Enforcement Bureau of the Los Angeles Sheriffs Department.  Beau, Bryan Delevan, Cindi and I will be representing Mission CrossFit at this competition.  Each team has to have one current or retired police officer.  We have three current and one retired.  Should be fun.  I haven’t competed in a CrossFit Competition in nearly five years.  We could use some support.  Let us know if you would like to attend and we can get you the details.  The bummer is that it is all the way in LA.  The good news is they will have all the SWAT vehicles and equipment on display for the “kids.”
