Motivation
Sorry for the late post.  It ended up being a very busy Thursday afternoon when I usually complete the write up.  First I had a long time member Austin come by the gym.  He is Freshman at TCU and is home for spring break.  Austin is the one I wrote about last spring when his High School Lacrosse team one the CIF Championship.  He was the starting goaltender and has overcome some major physical challenges to get where he is.  Anyways, we spent some time catching up and he had also asked to interview me for a paper he has to write for one of his classes.  Then we had a lady come in to the gym who is interested in starting CrossFit.  A remarkable young lady who was diagnosed with leukemia about two years ago.  She is in remission now but still has to take oral chemo as part of her ongoing treatment.  It was great talking with her because one realizes how important our health is.  She is just 30 years old and has been through a lot just to survive.  Now she wants to get her strength back.  I think she will be a great fit in our gym and a motivation for all of us.  There are many inspirational stories within our gym.  I encourage you to get to know one another better.  I’m inspired daily by your examples to me.  Thank you for your hard work and continue being awesome.

Workout Strategy
Today is a team workout.  Each Class will accumulate as many points as possible.  Points are gained when a team member completes a 400 meter run, 400 meter row, KB Swings, or Double Unders.  More to be announced during class.
