Motivation

Today we are starting our Daily Challenge.  Earn points for your team on a daily basis.  It’s ok if you miss a day, just do your best to be more awesome. Two ways to earn points for your team.  First, complete the daily challenge and post a comment on that day’s post on the Mission CrossFit Daily Challenge Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/missioncrossfitdailychallenge) .  Second, check in on Facebook when you come in to workout in the gym (https://www.facebook.com/missioncrossfit).  The two teams are the AM Crew and the PM Crew.  If you attend classes in both time domains then choose where your alliance lies.
