Paleo Challenge Bod Pod testing is TOMORROW at CrossFit Forest.  Lecture is at 9am and testing will start at 10am. Be sure to sign up for a time slot in the gym.  There will also be a testing next Saturday, September 29th for those that cannot make it tomorrow.
