Level 1:    Every 30 seconds

Complete 2 Burpees and perform max rep Pull Ups

Do as many rounds as needed until you complete

Level 2:   Every 30 seconds

Complete 2 Burpees and perform max rep Pull Ups

Do as many rounds as needed until you complete 

50 Pull Ups

 

Level 3:Every 30 seconds

Complete 3 Burpees and perform max rep Pull Ups

Do as many rounds as needed until you complete

75 Pull Ups

Level 4:  Every 30 seconds

Complete 3 Burpees and perform max rep Pull Ups

Do as many rounds as needed until you complete
