Motivation

Coach Darian will be returning this week.  He will be assisting with the morning classes.

Strength

The week we will be doing what is called a reload week.  This is to give our body a break from heavy lifts and to focus on our technique.  This is crucial to longevity.  So for the strength we will focus on various skills this week.
