We will be doing our Paleo Challenge Re-test for those who tested on the 2nd weekend of the Challenge.  There will be a sign-up sheet in the gym for Saturday, Nov. 10th 7:30am-12:30pm.  If you are unable to make this re-test, and want to be considered for the winning pot, you must test on or before Saturday.  Speak with a trainer if you need to schedule a test prior to Saturday.

Level 3 & 4: 20/14 pound ball, SDHP & PP – 75/53 pounds, BJ – 20″/16″
Level 2: 14/10 pound ball, SDHP & PP – 53/42 pounds, BJ – 20″/16″

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
