Level 1:

On the minute for 14 minutes:

Even minutes – 50 Jump Rope
Odd minutes – 4 Snatches

Level 2:

On the minute for 14 minutes:

Even minutes – 75 Jump Rope
Odd minutes – 3 Snatches

Level 3: 

On the minute for 14 minutes:

Even minutes – 25 Double Unders (75 Jump Rope)
Odd minutes – 2 Snatches

Level 4:

On the minute for 14 minutes:

Even minutes – 30 Double Unders
Odd minutes – 1 Snatch

*Your score is total weight lifted.  For a weight to count you must finish within the minute.  If you fail you may repeat for the remainder of the minute.
