Motivation

The CrossFit Games are coming to Carson California at the Stub Hub Center on July 24-26th.  We will be having a raffle for tickets.  Proceeds go to support our Non-Profit Kaizen Youth Club which provides CrossFit classes for the youth who attend Silverado Continuation High School.

Strength

Is your Push Press efficient?  What are working on today to make it better?  How are your Handstands.  They will get better today.

There are a lot of transitions today.  Don’t lose time in the transitions.  Be smooth, be fast, be awesome.
