We will not be having a 7pm class this Friday, but we will be open all day on Monday, Veteran’s day.

We will be doing our Paleo Challenge Re-test for those who tested on the 2nd weekend of the Challenge.  There will be a sign-up sheet in the gym for Saturday, Nov. 10th 7:30am-12:30pm.  If you are unable to make this re-test, and want to be considered for the winning pot, you must test on or before Saturday.  Speak with a trainer if you need to schedule a test prior to Saturday.
