Motivation

Encourage others.  When we feel the support of others our confidence grows.  I have also felt a sense of satisfaction watching someone else that I helped accomplish their goal.  Why we as humans react this way I do not fully understand.  What I do know is that supporting and being supported is an undeniable human trait that brings us joy and security.
