Odd minutes – 5 Burpees 

Level 2:

20 Minutes:

Even minutes – 5 Back Squats, 115/75 pounds
Odd minutes – 6 Burpees 

Level 3: 

20 Minutes:

Even minutes – 5 Back Squats, 155/105 pounds
Odd minutes – 8 Burpees

Level 4:

20 Minutes:

Even minutes – 5 Back Squats, 185/135 pounds
Odd minutes – 10 Burpees

*The goal is to have your burpees done in 30 seconds or less.
