Level 1:

*Perform 8 Hollow Rocks after each set.
*Lift every 2 minutes.  

Level 2:

Snatch Balance 5-5-5-5-5-3-3-3-3-3

*Perform 10 Hollow Rocks after each set.
*Lift every 2 minutes.

  Level 3 & 4:

Snatch Balance 3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1

*Perform 12 Hollow Rocks after each set.
*Lift every 2 minutes
