Motivation

The most influential person in my life has been my Mother. My mother taught me through her example that you make the most of your situation. As a single mother she raised three children, worked full time, and found a way to get her doctorate in Education. The most important person in the world to me is my Wife. My three daughters are being raised by a wonderful mother and a father who loves them dearly. Mission CrossFit’s members consist of a majority of women. I am grateful for their example to me and my family. Kind, loving, diverse, and powerful. May we support those around us. May we be loving and understanding. May we celebrate our differences in looks, thoughts, and opinions.
