Member Recognition Night

We have two people who have reached their 500th Workout award.
Come be motivated by spending time with good CrossFit people.
Motivation
Morgan has her 6th Grade Graduation ceremony today.  Take a trip down memory lane.  I don’t remember my 6th grade graduation ceremony but I still remember some of the people I went to school with.  Reach out to an old friend from school or go back and find some pictures when you were in school.  Think of some good memories.  Now live simple and have a wonderful day.
Strength
 Push yourself during the strength portion.  If you are feeling a little off then focus on having great technique.  
 Workout Strategy
The CrossFit training pyramid has nutrition as the base or foundation.  Above nutrition is Metabolic Conditioning or Cardio.  Hence the rowing in todays workout.  Let’s face it.  To be in good shape means we need good cardio.  Above Metabolic Conditioning is Gymnastics.  No not the kind you see in the Olympics.  Those are the best in the world.  We are talking about body weight movements.  To get better at push ups you need to do push ups.  Break the push ups into manageable sets.  It should take no more than two sets to complete the required push ups.
