Level 1:

  • Power Clean 7 Reps every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes.
Level 2:

  • Power Clean 7 Reps every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes.
Level 3: 

  • Power Clean 5 Reps on the minute, for 15 minutes.
Level 4: “Mary”

  • Power Clean 3 Reps on the minute, for 15 minutes.
