Motivation

This weekend we are taking the kids camping for three nights up in Big Bear.  I’m excited to have some time with the family away from our everyday life.

Strength

The deadlift is the foundational movement for many lifts that we do.  Let’s find something to make better.

Strategy

This week is supposed to be light weight.  We want you to practice moving fast without losing technique.  We often sacrifice a little form for speed.  Not this week.
