Motivation

I have been learning a lot on how to talk to people from my seven year old son Dallin.  He has a unique personality in that he is very good at listening to people.  Where most boys his age try to one up each each other and are very competitive even in their conversations he is wise beyond his years.  If he says something that is not accurate and you correct him he will really think about what you say and try to understand what your telling him.  He is not a push over but he is not adversarial  from the beginning.  I think often I am quick to want to defend myself that I close myself off to more critical thinking.  I love that fact that my 7 year old is teaching me to be more open.  He looks at the world with wonder.  Could we be better at doing the same instead of looking at it with such absolutes?

Strength

Strategy

If this is your first time doing this go for 12-15 seconds on your first round and stop.  Then hold that number for every subsequent round.
