Motivation

In sports the margin of victory is often just a few inches.  I believe life is really much the same way.  Do we work hard and fight for every inch or do we cut corners?  Do we complain about missing out something when we are just a few inches short?  If so, do we have a valid complaint.  How can we expect to win if we cut it short. Be a few inches better everyday.  Go the extra distance.  Be on the winning side.  And even when you don’t, because sometimes you won’t. (Love Dr. Seuss)  You’ll know you did your best.  Be awesome, people.

Run as fast as you can that will stall allow you to do the Push Press Unbroken.  This means keeping your breathing under control.  It is difficult to do heavy push presses when you are out of breath.
