Mobility Seminar on Wednesday March 21st and 28th with Dr. Jorge.This FREE hour seminar will take place at Mission CrossFit from 7:00 -8:00 PM on both days. Our very own Dr. Jorge will talk about mobility strategies to take care of those aches and pains. Dr. Jorge will also cover stretches to maximize our range of motion. If you don’t like being sore and would like to minimize any potential injuries then you should plan on attending.

The foam roller, bands, and lacrosse balls, are great tools to assist in our stretching and recovery of muscle tissue. Dr. Jorge will teach you how to use these tools to get the most out of your pre or post-workout mobility work. If any one would like to order these items see our sign up list in the gym.
