Motivation

Tuesday I had a few hours during the day to spend some one on one time with my youngest child Ryan (4 yo).  I appreciate these moments with my children probably more now than I ever have before because I am starting to face the realities of them growing up.  My oldest is 13 now and she wants her space.  While time often creates distance between us I am hoping to find ways to keep them close.  This is something I am not very good at.  Growing up I went to 4 different elementary schools in 3 different states.  I am good at saying goodbye.  I have become good at not staying in touch.  This is something I need to work on so I don’t allow these same tendencies to happen with my family.  So many ways to improve.  I’m looking forward to the journey.

Strategy

Know your abilities. The rows should be a sprint, however, you need to be able to recover for the burpees and vice versa. So you will need to find a pace that is fast and consistent. Do your best. Workouts like today are generally very uncomfortable.
