Motivation

Be positive.  I think we need to value life more.  We need to put a greater value on how we treat people and a lesser value on how we think we are being unfairly treated.  Solving problems started with doing the little things correctly.  We need to identify what the important little things are and be sure to do them consistently and to the best of our abilities.  Be in control.  Be awesome.

2 Hang Squat Clean every minute for 20 minutes.

This can be done moving quickly because the rounds are short and there is lots of rest.  Move quick and efficient.
