Wednesday Night Mobility with Dr. Jorge
Dr. Jorge is our resident Chiropractor and will be putting on a Mobility Seminar this Wednesday, October 30th at 6:00 PM in the small gym.  He will be incorporating a mobility massage ball to help you take care of your muscles.  The cost of the class which come with the mobility ball is $10.  Sign up on the Events board in the gym.  If possible you should attend.  Aches and pains should not persist.  If we take care of ourselves we should be pain free.  I din’t say sore free but pain free.
Motivation
We normally clean the gym in the middle of the day.  With our noon class and teen class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we are generally rushed to get the place clean before the 4:00 pm class.  On Monday after my teen class I asked them who would be willing to stick around and help sweep and mop.  We had some eager hands go up and 8 of them stuck around to help.  I think we would have had more but some of them get picked up from the gym and had to go.  4 of them stuck around for a good 45 minutes after class and helped get the place clean in record time.  It was nice to see the kids so eager to help keep “our gym” clean.  I regularly here the kids refer to the gym as “our gym.”  I’m glad they have taken some ownership in a place they have come to appreciate.  Two of the boys, who are brother, said they would like to clean after all the classes.  “We have no better place to be.” was one’s comment.  We also received our first donation to the program.  Thank You!  If you would like to make a donation to sponsor a kid.  Please make checks payable to: Kaizen Youth Club, Inc.  Any size donation would be greatly appreciated.

Workout Strategy
 Today is another sprint interval type workout.  This time you rotate between 3 movements.  You will have about a 1:1 work to rest ratio as each partner will have to complete half the repetitions for each movement.  Encourage your partner.  Help coach technique if you seem something wrong.
