Motivation
 Dallin’s recycle business is still going strong.  He still goes to a few neighbor’s homes to collect cans and bottles.  He did his first reinvestment into his own business by purchasing a large recycle collection can which you may have seen in the gym.  Please support Dallin’s business by bringing in your recycled goods. 
Strength
Is one of your goals to “tone up.”  Then focus on the strength.  That is how you get tone by getting your muscles stronger.  You get stronger by lifting heavier weights.   
Workout Strategy
 The Workout is supposed to be quick.  I didn’t say easier because no workout should be easy.  Plus this is a bench mark workout if you can do Double Unders.  The work load will be on the shorter side because you just spent a lot of energy on the strength for the Day.  We are not rushing the warm up or strength today.  The get More Awesome movement today is weighted Good Mornings.  The same movement we do with the PVC pipe can be down with a barbell.  Start with a light weight today.
