[tab]Motivation

I drove Sarah to the airport Thursday morning for the start of her girls weekend in Texas with her sisters.  Just me and the kids until Sunday.  It has only been a few hours but I think the kids really miss their mom already.  Dad may be fun but nothing compares to the love of a Mom.  A thank you to all you moms for all you do.

[tab]Strength

Bench Press – 6 repetitions every minute for 10 minutes @ 70%

[/tab]

[tab]Strategy

The score is total jump rope or Double unders.  You only get one attempt after each set of 5 overhead squats.  Be steady.  Take a few seconds to gain your composure before your jump rope attempt.
