1 Power Snatch
2 Thrusters
3 Hang Power Cleans
4 Deadlift
5 Box Jumps, 30/24 inches
6 Med Ball Cleans, 20/14 pounds
7 Burpees
8 Double Unders (24 JR)
9 Push-ups
10 Mountain Climbers
11 Sit-ups
12 Pull-ups

Level 4: 95/65 pounds
Level 3: 75/53 pounds
Level 2: 53/42 pounds
Do the following exercises the same way you would sing the “12 Days of Christmas” song.  i.e. on the first day of Christmas, Mission CrossFit gave to me, 1 Power Snatch.  On the second day of Christmas, Mission CrossFit gave to me, 2 Thrusters and 1 Power Snatch.  Etc.
