Level 4: 95/65 pounds Level 3: 75/53 pounds Level 2: 53/42 pounds Do the following exercises the same way you would sing the “12 Days of Christmas” song. Â i.e. on the first day of Christmas, Mission CrossFit gave to me, 1 Power Snatch. Â On the second day of Christmas, Mission CrossFit gave to me, 2 Thrusters and 1 Power Snatch. Â Etc.
