5 Rounds: 1 minute KB Swings, 44 pounds *Goal is to get AT LEAST 25 KB Swings every round. Score is total reps. |
Level 4: 5 Rounds: 1 minute KB Swings, 1.5 pood (female rx 1 pood) *Goal is to get 30 KB Swings every round. You will owe a 250m row for every round that you do not complete 30 swings.
