Motivation

Are we listening? One of my personal goals this year is to listen better. I know I’m guilty of talking at people. Trying to convince them to see things the way I see it. I realized I can’t learn when I’m talking. So far I’m already learning more from others and having greater success in communicating my ideas by listening more. I have a long way to go but I look forward to better understanding others and cultivating those relationships. Have a great weekend. Make it awesome.
