Finding the good.  Now is the time to make corrections and take the actions we should have taken before all of this.  Let us create some new positive habits.  Keep it simple.  Push, pull, squat.  

I want you to pick a number that you will do every day for the next week.  You have all day to get them done.  You can do it all at once and as quick as possible if you want a bigger challenge.  

You have probably seen me doing push ups and air squats during class.  That’s because of this idea.  Sharpen the axe.  I started with doing 100 of each back in November.  I am up to 250 of each everyday.  Farm boy strength. Not hard work, just work, everyday.
