Buy out:
500m Row

Level 2:

Buy in:
25 KB Swings, 35 pounds

Then…
50 Ring Rows
100 Push-ups
150 Squats

Buy out:
500m Row

*Ring rows, push-ups and squats can be broken up in any order.  


Level 3 & 4:

Buy in: 
25 KB Swings, 1.5 pood (female rx 1 pood)

Then…
50 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
150 Squats

500m Row
