What are you looking forward to this weekend? I am looking forward to spending time at soccer games with my children and taking my wife out on a date Saturday night. I am grateful for the wonderful country we live in. Take a moment to reflect on the significance of Veterans Day. I am thankful for all the men and women who have served in our armed forces. Their sacrifice and that of their families is understood and greatly appreciated. “All gave some, some gave all.”

If you were here on Monday then you know what it feels like to do light weight for lots of reps. Today we want the same movement but a heavy weight. Smooth and Steady. There are few people in the world that can just go all out on this workout. They key is to focus on good technique. Find a tempo and stay on pace. For example: 1 every 15 seconds. This will allow you to finish in under 7:30. No one should finish under 3 minutes unless your doing the full Level 4 weight. It should be a weight that is challenging yet you can do with proper form. Your last repetition should look as good if not better than your first. [/tab] [/tabcontent] [/tabs]
