Today is the make up day for testing. Do a day you missed this week.

If you missed more than one day, make up the earliest one you missed. So if you missed, say, Monday and Wednesday, do Monday.

If you’ve come in every day this week, good job! We’ll have a WOD for you to do, and maybe a cake.

Today will be a busy day for the coaches, so help us out by having an idea of what you’re going to do today before you come in.
