5 Rounds for max reps of:

push-ups
pull-ups
air squats
Post number of reps per exercise per round to comments.
Do as many reps as you can until you have a “failed” attempt and record your number of reps. Go through all the exercises and then begin the next round.
Try to push yourself until you literally can’t do another rep (ie. your try to do another push-up and can’t make it back up)…this is a true failed attempt-instead of just saying you can’t do another rep.
