Motivation

Are we taking the time to recognize and ponder the changes that are taking place in our lives.  Do you allow yourself to see the positive changes you are experiencing working out at Mission CrossFit.  Make sure you are looking at things in the proper perspective.  I remember an art class in the fourth grade where we looked at a very small portion of a famous painting that had been enlarged.  It looked like globs of paint with no order.  When we were shown the entire picture it became very clear what the image was and how spectacular the painting really was.  Remember to look at the big picture but live each glob to the fullest.
Strength
Sled Drags will be new for many of you.  You will focus on getting the most out of each individual step.
Workout Strategy
This workout is designed to be a sprint.  You should be able to complete all the Power Cleans and Push Press without letting go of the bar.  The do 5 lateral burpees jumping over the barbell.  Each round should be between 35-60 seconds.  While you could compromise technique to move a little faster I don’t want to see that.  The lifts should all be done with proper technique.  It should look good.  I don’t care how fast you are if it looks bad.
