Today is a bit of a make up day, we will have time for you to make up a single lift and a workout, if you haven’t done your front squat 5RM we’d like you to start with that.

For you super stars that came every day this week, we’ll have an extra met-con for you to do while everyone is doing their make up.

The last 6 minutes we will do “Grace” together, hit it super hard, 6 minute cap on this one.
