Advanced:
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed be 10 seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 intervals are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Intermediate:
Complete 24 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed be 10 seconds of rest where the first 6 intervals are pull-ups, the second 6 intervals are push-ups, the third 6 intervals are sit-ups, the last 6 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Beginner:
Complete 16 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed be 10 seconds of rest where the first 4 intervals are pull-ups, the second 4 intervals are push-ups, the third 4 intervals are sit-ups, the last 4 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
