We will be CLOSED on Wednesday, July 4th.  Legendary Competitor is putting on a CrossFit 5k (involving Overhead Squats, Burpees and Double Unders) in Ladera Ranch on July 4th.  Some members are already signed up,  get out and join them.  

We are having our MV Lake Party Potluck Friday afternoon from 4-9pm.  We will play games, have a WOD, and have a fun summer get together outside the gym.  Sign up at the gym to bring something.

We have added at 10am class to our schedule starting this week.
