This is a test week. We did these same movements three months back to kick off our new cycle of training. Now is the time to test our improvement. Remember fitness is a journey of ups and downs. There are many factors that effect either the up or the down cycles. Consistency is the biggest factor either way. Once we have our numbers in this week let us rededicate time to take care of ourselves. Life demands much of us and our time. We need to prioritize what is important in our lives.
