Motivation
While Memorial Day kicks off the beginning of summer and is the unofficial BBQ day, let us take a moment to remember that the Holiday is meant to honor those you have died for our great country.  That is why we get together to do a workout like “Murph”  We put ourselves through a long grueling workout to show respect for all those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.  It is our way to grieve with those who grieve.  To pay tribute to those families who bear the grief of ones lost.  Remember every life lost was a Son, Daughter, Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Aunt, Uncle, or friend to someone.  This is a great country.  We have much to be grateful and thankful for.

Workout Strategy
Just get it done.  Level 1 can be done so that all the members do a portion of the mile so that as a team 1 mile is run in total.  All other levels must have each member of the team complete the mile.
