Motivation

Our first Friday Night lights was a success.  We had a good group of athletes working out.  What was especially awesome was those that came by to support others.  There were a number of our 5:30 am crew that had completed the workout that morning that came by to support others and bring food to the potluck.  I am grateful for the community we have.  We will be doing Friday Night Lights for the next four weeks.  We hope to see more faces each week.
