This Wednesday we will be having a Costume Team WOD at 6pm; come dressed to impress!  We still encourage wearing a costume at any class of the day.

We will be doing our Paleo Challenge Re-test for those who tested on the 1st weekend of the Challenge.  There will be a sign-up sheet in the gym for Saturday, Nov. 3rd 7:30am-2pm.  If you are unable to make this re-test, and want to be considered for the winning pot, you must test on or before Saturday.  Speak with a trainer if you need to schedule a test prior to Saturday.
