Level 1

Accumulate 10 minutes of Jogging or walking.

Every 2 minutes complete 20 Lunges (100 total)

*The time it takes to do you lunges does not count towards the 10 minutes.

Level 2

Accumulate 12 minutes of Jogging.

Every 2 minutes complete 5 Push Ups & 20 Lunges (30 Push Ups and 120 lunges total)

*The time it takes to do you lunges does not count towards the 10 minutes.

 

Level 3

Accumulate 14 minutes of Jogging.

Every 2 minutes complete 10 Push Ups & 20 Lunges (70 Push Ups and140 lunges total)

*The time it takes to do you lunges does not count towards the 10 minutes. 

 

Level 4

Accumulate 16 minutes of Jogging.

Every 2 minutes complete 10 Push Ups & 20 Lunges (80 Push ups and 160 lunges total)

*The time it takes to do you lunges does not count towards the 10 minutes.
