Shuttle Run

4 rounds for time:
Set up a starting point and place a marker 15 yards away. One lap consist of running to the marker and back. Touch the markers with your hand. One shuttle run consist of 2 laps. Have the family join in. Our kids love this one. Time each other and make it fun.
